白百合醫(yī)院位于某個(gè)海濱小鎮(zhèn)的森林中，這里的宿舍住著六名青春美麗的女護(hù)士。由于病患稀少，與世隔絕，女孩們身心的欲望難以抑制，在漫長(zhǎng)而躁動(dòng)的夜晚，她們有的選擇彼此慰籍，有的則蹲在門(mén)外窺視，目光中充滿了興奮、激動(dòng)和不安。某晚，一個(gè)俊美且面帶憂郁的男青年（唐十郎飾）路過(guò)此地，他正處在青春躁動(dòng)期，對(duì)女性的身體既充滿渴望，又對(duì)這樣的誘惑懷有莫大的恐懼和憎惡。女孩們將青年引入宿舍，并強(qiáng)迫他窺視兩個(gè)女孩纏綿的場(chǎng)景。青年無(wú)法忍耐，他闖了進(jìn)去，怒不可遏地槍殺一名女孩。在此之后，他囚禁了其他五名護(hù)士。在手槍面前，她們惶恐、諂媚、義正言辭，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)死亡才是唯一的通行證……
