　　預(yù)科學(xué)校若智書院有一群成績堪憂思想活躍的學(xué)生，校董家的謝天（何啟南 飾）與謝地兄妹憑借老爸身份，即便留級也不擔(dān)心學(xué)業(yè)；綽號水電工的嘉明為人老實，暗戀同學(xué)白逸夢（陳松伶 飾），而白逸夢滿腦子言情幻想，全然沒有留意；李時珍（李麗珍 飾）因為在南太平洋群島旅游，耽誤了開學(xué)日，在旅游期間，李時珍結(jié)識了香港青年戴運(yùn)河（陳山河 飾），運(yùn)河對時珍一見鐘情，不顧家人反對退掉美國大學(xué)，趕到香港入讀若智書院。運(yùn)河的到來令謝天大為緊張，謝天屬意時珍日久，和死黨吳成材一直無法打動芳心，但也不能容忍運(yùn)河插手。校園內(nèi)一時掀起了一場多角戀愛的爭奪……校董面對惡作劇的學(xué)生們大為光火，聘請軍校老師對書院進(jìn)行軍事化管理，這引發(fā)了學(xué)生們的空前團(tuán)結(jié)……
