Evelien Bosmans,Stef Aerts,提圖斯·德·沃格特,Maurice Luijten由克里斯（Titus De Voogdt 飾）和皮特（Stef Aerts 飾）帶隊(duì)并由數(shù)名十幾歲的男孩組成的童子軍即將前往靠近法國(guó)邊境的某座森林里露營(yíng)，出發(fā)前他向孩子們講述了一個(gè)可怕的傳說(shuō)，據(jù)說(shuō)森林里有一種被稱為“凱”的半人半獸怪物肆虐橫行，當(dāng)?shù)厝寺勶L(fēng)喪膽。它的模樣如同人狼，凡是被它咬過(guò)的人都會(huì)受到感染變成人狼。孩子們?nèi)呵榧ぐ?，決心痛揍人狼，隨后跟隨克里斯坐上卡車出發(fā)。陽(yáng)光明媚的時(shí)節(jié)，孩子們?cè)诼稜I(yíng)地快樂(lè)玩耍，不過(guò)并不受眾人待見(jiàn)的小男孩薩姆（Maurice Luijten 飾）似乎格外在意“凱”的存在，他在挖洞時(shí)聲稱一度看到“凱”的身影，隨后更在營(yíng)地附近發(fā)現(xiàn)一處神秘的巢穴?！ ∫鼓唤蹬R，可怕的身影悄悄向營(yíng)地接近，薩姆的命運(yùn)發(fā)生徹底改變……

德懷特·戴維·艾森豪威爾,William Marshall,喬治·皮杜爾本片是由哥倫比亞電影公司出資委任電視紀(jì)錄片導(dǎo)演皮特?戴維斯（Peter Davis）拍攝的一部探討美國(guó)為何在1959-1975年期間發(fā)動(dòng)對(duì)越戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，越南人民的悲慘遭遇，以及美國(guó)人民對(duì)越戰(zhàn)態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)變的紀(jì)錄片。這是美國(guó)本土首次放映直接采訪刻畫越南平民慘境的影片，片中多次表現(xiàn)了美軍將領(lǐng)的種族主義和美國(guó)政府對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)人民的無(wú)恥欺騙。電影于1974年在法國(guó)嘎納電影節(jié)首映，隨即便因內(nèi)容的嚴(yán)重爭(zhēng)議性被哥倫比亞公司擱置。制片人波特?施耐德（Bert Schneider）與亨利?蘭格（Henry Lange）向哥倫比亞公司買回了版權(quán)，并終于1975年通過(guò)華納公司在美國(guó)公映。本片獲1974年奧斯卡最佳紀(jì)錄片獎(jiǎng)，并被提名同年金球獎(jiǎng)最佳紀(jì)錄片。

A brilliant scientist, Dr. Roche, perches high above a stormy sea, inventing a powerful explosive, when he and his assistant are kidnapped by an evil businessman, Artigas. Taken by submarine to Artigas' volcano headquarters, Roche is tricked into developing his experiment for evil intentions. The scientist’s assistant, Simon, struggles all the while to free himself and warn Roche. A magical world of baroque submarines and sailing ships, killer octopus, undersea bicycles dazzles audiences as human actors, puppetry, animation and fanciful scenic design interact to create a cinematic experience that is unique by any standards. Mixing slapstick comedy, action adventure pacing and Mélies style film magic, this little known Czechoslovakian gem transcends the juvenile literature at its source to create cinematic art of the highest order....
